Lassak
Lassak sounds like a Polish liquor but is the name of - arguably - Würtemberg's best producer. Stefanie and Fabian Lassak sell out their wines in Germany almost instantly. For the Netherlands, there was nothing to offer until the end of 2023. That has now changed. We can offer a little Riesling, Lemberger and (even less) Pinot Noir from Lassak's cellars in Hessigheim. For us, the special characteristic of the Lassak wines is the combination of purity and elegance with a very fine dose of wood (ageing) on the side. Complex wines that are made naturally and have a high drinkability due to maturation in oak barrels. The Riesling, for example, is like a Meursault with fine acidity from the Aligoté. Very small allocation. Please do not order too much.
