Philipp Jaillet's 3rd vintage of Chardonnay. French clones. Young plantings of the best variety. Only a few small plots. Gently pressed in basket press. Aged in barrels from Francois Frères from Saint-Romain. Delicate but with a backbone. Creamy ánd fresh. Wonderful bitters. Drink it now after decanting but please put away a few bottles of this gem.
