Biodynamic wine from pinot gris grapes with 5 days of skin contact. Pale copper color. Juicy in taste, raspberry and with good 'grip'. Friendly but not too easy. The short wood aging gives this 'Orange Wine' a pleasantly soft finish.

This is where it gets more serious. Blend of muscat, sauvignon, gewürztraminer and riesling. Skin maceration for 21 days and fully fermented in tonneaux, 500-litre barrels. Only 10 mg/L of sulphites added before bottling. Extremely stable.

Spätburgunder Vom Landschneckenkalk 2022
Spätburgunder with a very small dose of sulfite added just before bottling. Almost entirely (90%) 'whole bunch' fermentation. As a result fruit-forward with hints of greenness and earthiness. Exciting and pure!
