Waiting for Tom Red 2018

Named after two of the sista’s winemaker mentors, Tom Lubbe (Matassa) and Tom Shobrook, this tasty blend invites you in with aromas of peppered strawberries, cherry and blackberry. It’s loaded with fruit, and rather delicate tannins. It’s mouth-wateringly fresh (Simon Woolf).
