KUPFER Grauburgunder 2020

Made from Grauburgunder, hand-harvested on September 14th and grown on the Kalkmergel and Muschelkalk soils of the Petersberg, one of the highest hills in Rheinhessen. The grapes were partially destemmed, fermented spontaneously and left with their skins for three weeks. The wine was then bottled unfiltered and unfined, with only a minute addition of sulphites.
