This is what we were looking for! A wine with a slightly different style than Spätburgunder. Now that Cabernet Sauvignon, among others, can also mature in Germany, there are more and more options in red wine styles. The combination of Cabernet Sauvignon, Sankt Laurent and Spätburgunder from vintages 2020, 2021 and 2022 is very successful here. The wine is elegant, very drinkable, with soft tannins (Cabernet Franc-like) and juicy. It has good length and complexity. Your new every-day wine?
