VDP.AUS ERSTEN LAGEN wines are terroir wines that reflect the classified and historically documented premier cru locations of the area. In Ingelheim, the grape varieties Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Riesling in the vineyards Ingelheimer Burgberg, Täuscherspfad, Kirchenstück and Schloßberg are classified and listed under the place name ‘Ingelheimer’. Wines of the ‘ERSTE LAGE’ are characterised by their enormous complexity, elegance and long storage potential.
