Hannes Bergdoll runs his biodynamic winery near Landau. LAU means calm, peaceful and perhaps also Landau. Either way, it is a VERY naturally produced natural wine.
LAU Rot 2023 from Hannes Bergdoll is a Spätburgunder from the finest of types. Very fruity, exciting light red wine with structure and good acidity. Absolutely dry. Raspberry, red currant, soft bitters and quite long. Partly fermented through cabonic maceration.
