Grapes from the Dienheimer Tafelstein with humus-rich loess and limestone soils. Well protected from the wind, and the vines are old, resulting in naturally low yields.

Fresh strawberries are the first aromas you smell, followed by subtle hints of spice and cassis. Acidity balanced with pleasant sweetness, giving this wine a fresh, lively feel without being overwhelming. Delicious with light dishes and starters, or on its own as a pre-dinner drink. Perfect with oysters, charcuterie, soft cheeses and small bites. Or with melon and prosciutto.... mmmm. Cheers!
