Rosé from Pinot Noir grapes from vines over 30 Years old, harvested by hand & spontaneously fermented.

The VILLA NEUS Blanc VDP.Gutswein combines aromas of local and exotic fruit and has a juicy flavour. This is accompanied by soft bitters, a nice touch of reduction and a bit of tension. Excellent organic ‘entry-level’ white from J. Neus.

Delicate styled chardonnay. 'Stony' or 'mineral'. Very good acidity and considerable length. Apple and flint. A challenger of mid-range Burgundy!

This wine was spontaneously and openly fermented on the mash with natural yeast. The oxidation process was promoted during fermentation.

The entry-level Seckinger wine. Orangey-pink in colour. Aromas of orange and raspberry. Lightly spicy. Gentle, mild taste with plenty of depth. Another sip! Only 10% alcohol. Organic and with little added sulphites.

Salmon rosy color. Rounded palate feel, but not too sugary. Good acidity from the pinot noir. Full-textured rosé from organic grapes. Approachable but interesting. Well done Weingut J. Neus!

Pinot noir of fruit from over 45-year-old vines. Very delicate acidity, well-balanced use of oak. Plenty of structure, elegance and silky smoothness. Great wine from Neus. Ranks almost up against the level of GGs.

Elbling with 30mg/l of sulphite. Landwein from the Upper Mosel. Slight maceration on the skins. Added a handful of Roter Elbling. Grip, tension and length.
