Light golden, unfiltered Riesling with aromas of vanilla, citrus, lemongrass, pear and apple. Subtle notes of nut, white pepper and spicy yeast. Dry, yet a round mouthfeel. Slight oak influence.

It's all in the mix. A special cuvee of Riesling, Pinot Gris, Silvaner, Pinot Blanc and Scheurebe. And Pinot Noir, picked a few days later. Complex and fruity in the nose. Rhubarb, orange peel & thyme.
