Sauvignon Blanc, Riesling, Scheurebe.

Lovely yellow-green glow. Butter candytons, fine apple notes. Spicy and vivid with a distinct ‘chardonnay’ character. One of Germany's most ‘Burgundian’ white wines! Bravo Philipp Jaillet from Ruppersberg!

Superior 'orange' wine. Smooth fruit and subtle bitters. Peach, fresh pineapple, rosemary, lime, orange peel. Length and premium class! Low in acidity. Gentle and seductive.

Orange wine from gutedel grapes. Can it be more elegant? Don't believe so!

Low intervention wine from Ebling grapes grown in Luxembourg. It is a so called 'skin-contact' white.

Riesling from Valwiger Herrenberg (40-70 year old vines, mostly ungrafted, grey slate and grauwacke, exposition south) crushed and macerated overnight before pressing, 26 months of ageing in barrique/tonneau.

Powerful chardonnay with aromas of nuts, slight caramel and yeast/flowers. Beautiful salty, mineral-like taste in in which the usage of oak is purely supportive. Wine to keep, but already very tasty decanted! Small stock. Small allocation.

Deep(er) colour that suggests Bourgone... Roasted-, and cherry notes on the nose. Wonderful ensemble of fruit and new oak. No too much of anything. A touch of balsamic and great length. Jaillet just does it. Huge! Burgundy drinkers welcome!
