Petnat made from riesling and scheurebe grapes. Juicy, delicate acidity and sparkle. This is the Petnat you desire. Not too much yeast in the bottle and an elevating taste. Opp Nat is Petnat from Oppenheim.

An energetic Riesling with notes of citrus and papaya, green tea and white chocolate. Spicy and juicy at the same time. A very complex and fruity, unfiltered wine.

Bone-dry blend of Riesling (80%) and Müller-Thurgau (20%) from vines between 7 and 70 years old from steep vineyards. Fermented without intervention and only5 mg/L total So2. Flocking good!

This is where it gets more serious. Blend of muscat, sauvignon, gewürztraminer and riesling. Skin maceration for 21 days and fully fermented in tonneaux, 500-litre barrels. Only 10 mg/L of sulphites added before bottling. Extremely stable.

Light golden, unfiltered Riesling with aromas of vanilla, citrus, lemongrass, pear and apple. Subtle notes of nut, white pepper and spicy yeast. Dry, yet a round mouthfeel. Slight oak influence.
